« Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through...

« Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

« This cozy and quiet place in Phoenix is a great spot to rest your head. I made a last-minute booking, but the host was prompt in communicating and providing all the necessary details to access one of the four units. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Phoenix next time. »

« Host had good communication and room was very clean. The one downside was parking I would say it would be very good for someone who is using an uber but if you bring your own car it’s very hard to find parking especially at night. »
