« Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. « Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around. »
