« My family of 5 was traveling to Cleveland for graduation. I had 5 family members traveling from Pennsylvania to be with us. This house fit all of us comfortably! We laughed, visited, and had fun together. Something that would not have happened at a hotel. The price was exceptional! The stay was safe and tremendous. ZERO complaints. If my journeys bring me back to Cleveland, I hope this house is available on the dates I need it. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. »

« This home was very comfortable, nicely decorated, in a safe, beautiful historic neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and we were easily able to prepare a couple meals during our stay. « There is plenty of room to be with friends or family. The deck is enormous and had a great view of the river and firepit area. Very well furnished and clean. Very relaxing and quiet with no traffic. Great communication with the property manager and easy check-in and out. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again if we are in the area! »

« This is a wonderful little above the garage 2 bedroom, 1 bath, movie room, small kitchen apartment. We had two people in our group and had plenty of room. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The hosts were very kind with great communication. We watched a movie in the theater room and it was really comfy. I definitely recommend this home while visiting the area. »

« Myself and my son came to the area for a wedding. We were very comfortable, beds were so cozy and the sheets felt wonderful. We didn’t have much time on the property but we did walk the trails and enjoyed the porch. I loved that we were able to open the garage door and sit in the living room and feel as though we were outside. « Amazing property for multiple families. The main house, small house, and pavilion area allowed us to spread out but have common areas to gather. We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here. « This is a lovely older but remodeled home that now has all of the modern conveniences, located in a sweet town (Athens) near both Chattanooga and Knoxville, and home to Tennessee Wesleyan University. If you are planning a larger group, there is only table service for 4, and limited amounts of other kitchen supplies, but otherwise a terrific stay. »
