Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend. Everything was clean and met our needs while having friends travel from all directions to enjoy a nice weekend together! Communication was excellent and we would definitely stay again! Beautiful property and view with easy access to all the smazing amenities for the lake and Eureka Springs.

Lovely beaver lake stay, will return!

This was a great house with everything we needed for a wonderful stay at the beautiful beaver lake! We had so much fun enjoying the 4th with our family here. We will definitely return & would stay at this conveniently located & well stocked house in a heartbeat again!

Our family and friends stayed here for NYE and had a great time. It was very quiet on the lake and we enjoyed peaceful walks and beautiful views of the lake.The house was as advertised with all the furnishings needed. Great football watching in several living areas.

Great Girls Weekend Getaway!

Great location, very close to downtown Eureka Springs and local hiking. The property had enough space for the 11 of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway

We chose this property for our Christmas vacation, it was great. The house is very roomy and well laid out. My three grown girls and their families each had a place of their own,. The house is actually three levels and a loft. We enjoyed our stay.

House was wonderful great kitchen area Great views of lake room for everyone we had 8 our grandson enjoyed the basketball hoop Hot tub was very nice if large group and you cook bring cooking pans and knives we had 3 chefs in our group and cooked every night in the house it was fun creating together Wi-Fi was intermittent great hang out spots for groups in the house we’d love to go again

Great house for a large group. Fantastic location right across from the marina. Two big gamerooms. Spacious bathrooms. Any issues we had the property manager got right back to us immediately. Would stay again.

Great adventure

We had a group of 12 and house had plenty of space! Lots of room in the kitchen and so nice to have a pantry to put food so it’s not all over the counters. Easy access to the lake and our kids played so much basketball! Marina is short distance away. Overall a great time for everyone!

20th Anniversary

We came for our 20th anniversary. It was just my husband and myself. We loved how quiet is was. The baby deer were fun to watch. The house is amazing we would love to come back with our adult kids and grandkids. It’s the perfect size and the house is perfect for a large family.

Spring Break Family Teip

My family stayed here for a Spring Break getaway. This location is about 15 min from downtown Eureka and tucked away in a beautiful turquoise cove on Beaver Lake. The house was amazing, quiet area, and the most beautiful water and view. The house was spacious, decorated so swanky and clean. Management checked in with us and made sure we had everything. Check in and out was the easiest. I would come back!

The house was exceptionally clean there were plenty of towels. We would have liked a few blankets to be available. We enjoyed the incredible views along with the hot tub. We contacted the management regarding no power (lights or power sockets) in the loft bedroom, and also the carafe coffee maker didn’t work. They said they would take care of it, but they never showed up. Other than that I would stay there again and would recommend.

Father’s Day family stay

There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We have three teenage grandchildren and four from 6 years - 1 so it was nice to have separate areas for entertainment. The beds were so comfortable. Everyone had a lot of fun celebrating 4 for Father’s Day and two birthdays - a 1st and a 75th! The only downside was water pressure but we worked around that. The property management was so accommodating and fast to respond to any questions. A wonderful memory for our family!!

Several items need addressed, broken ice maker, only one dish towel and one dish cloth, lower level door to outside very hard to close, lower level bedroom door to outside has large gap around when closed, no iron or iron board, another frying pan or two would be nice, new spatulas are needed, barbecue tools are needed, we left a grill brush that we had purchased which was the only bbq tool we found, clean up the broken concrete in the yard, we plunged the upstairs shower to get the water to drain may want maint to look at it as well.

Family vacation

Our family of 16 filled this home very comfortably. Privacy is somewhat limited due to three queen beds in an open layout on the second level. Since we were family it worked ok for us. The home was very well stocked…I would recommend bringing a large frying pan for big groups. There are plenty of areas to break off into smaller groups. Internet was intermittent. The walk down to the lake is very steep and would be difficult for the elderly and very young. We spent 3 full days out the beautiful Beaver Lake. Be careful of all the deer when traveling by car. Our trip was very memorable!

We had a group of 18 staying here for a friends/family vacation. Check-in was a breeze, communication was decent. All questions were answered quickly. We all absolutely loved the property and house and had a blast. The only hiccup/inconvenience in our stay was that we asked weeks prior to our trip if the house has a private dock for our fishing guide to pick us up at and we were told "Yes" Upon arriving and swimming down at the beach we noticed the only dock in site was at the neighbor's house. We sent a message double checking if said dock was available for our use but ends up that this property ONLY has lake access via the existing path, there is NO DOCK. The path leading down to the lake is very steep and rocky, be careful. On to House details. Beds are comfortable but pillows are mediocre, recommend bringing your own. Towels are plentiful. Showers need actual shower curtains, basement shower has a broken tension rod and a window curtain that would not fit on said rod and kept falling resulting in floor becoming very wet and slippery! Kitchen is spacious. Definitely need a few more large frying pans for large groups and better spatulas. Overall we had a great time!

Awesome Property

The initial response to location was a little scary for my daughters driving down to the location from the main road. But, once we got to the house it was no problem. Once we entered the house and seen where everyone was going to stay it was clear to realize this property is not very elderly/handicap friendly or little kid friendly. We had to change our room assignments based on all the flights of stairs that is probably not unusual for the area. My 80 year old dad and 76 year old mother were very limited to the first floor of the house. We had to watch our 18 month old grand daughter from taking the stairs. The grill was located on the lower level which would seem to make more sense on the main level where the kitchen is located. Other than having to spend a little time cleaning the outdoor furniture the cleanliness was great. They were also quick to respond when my daughter left her bracelet. There was plenty of stuff for the older kids to do, and based on other properties the trip down to the lake wasn't too bad.

Nice place but there were a few issues

The management team was quick to respond when questions were asked prior to our stay as well as during our stay. However, they were not always accurate. Before we arrived, I asked if there was a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. They indicated only a Keurig. After purchasing 2 boxes of pods, we found a drip coffee maker and when we tried using the Keurig, it wouldn't work The drip coffee maker worked fine. There were many other issues - mostly minor and the management team was responsive. Here are some of the issues. - 2nd floor deck had rotten boards - major issue - only 8 coffee mugs for 18 people - only 13 cereal bowls - no beer bottle opener - no dish towels or dishcloths - garage was pretty full - no way 2 cars could park in garage - rug in upstairs hallway would not allow bathroom door to be opened - no window coverings in queen trundle bedroom We normally expect a few minor issues when renting, however when charging such a premium for a holiday weekend, we expect the accomodations to be immaculate which they weren't. One additional comment that should not affect the rating since the listing accurely reflected the accomodations. The house layout has issues. The living areas and kitchen are on different floors making it hard to visit with others while preparing meals. Some might find this as a positive issue, we did not.
