„Staff was super friendly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking both evening and morning. It's very isolated and when we arrived we hadn't eaten and there isn't a restaurant, just keep that in mind. Highly recommend a drive into Eureka Springs while you're there. We did that for dinner and then came back for the sunset. All around a great weekend getaway! “

„This property is so sub-standard. The buildings should be razed they are so old. Paint is peeling inside & outside, wood trim should be replaced, old door locks are only 1/2 removed. It’s a dump. Long term renters doing brake jobs on vehicle in parking lot. What a mess. It was clean inside room. “

„We had a fantastic trip and Grandview Lodge helped to make that happen. We are a four generation family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home is lovely with amazing views and the pool was wonderful on those hot summer days. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and were great to work with. “

„This was a nice little place to stay. It was super affordable and the hosts were super fast at replying which really made me feel valued. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of beds for everyone. And a bathroom for each room. They provided pillows and linens and towels for us to use. There was also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The water was nice and hot for showers. There wasn't a lot of indoor gathering space or any place to eat in the cabin, but they provided wood ...

„Our family (6 adults & 6 kids) was thrilled w our recent 6-night stay at Falcon’s Point. The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and packed w amenities. The outdoor features and retro arcade game table were family favorites. The king suites and bunk room accommodated our sleeping needs admirably. Mattresses and bedding were comfortable. „The stay here was AWESOME!! We had a big family and it accommodated us comfortably and it was a lot of counter space for cooking in the kitchen. Kitchen space was exactly what we needed for our family because we cook a lot and we’re cooking big breakfast meals and dinner meals. I would recommend this for any big family over 30 people. „What a cool concept, take on old roadside motel and turn it into the perfect set up for an MTB basecamp. Getting clean and getting sleep are the primary functions we need in a place to stay on a bike trip and the shower was great the bed was very comfortable. We will be back in the cooler months to take advantage of the custom fire pit. The owner is a very nice guy too“

"Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Leider ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Queen-Bett und einem kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Es war so wenig Platz, dass man nicht einmal zwei Koffer aufmachen konnte. Wir hatten selbst in Chicago Downtown für den Preis ein größeres, besser ausgestattetes Zimmer. Eureka Springs ist ganz nett, aber übernachten würden wir nächstes Mal woanders"
