The owners thought of everything... we were able to cook a few nights on the grill and the location was close to the lakes, but far enough for quiet "in the woods" nights! Super clean and the welcome basket was very thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for couples or families! A besutiful property! Thanks again for your hospitality! »

« Incredible view and communication with property owners make this stay a perfect weekend getaway. The lodge itself was clean, nicely spaced out for everyone to enjoy privacy or to come together for conversation on the deck overlooking the lake or the fire pit. The town is a few minutes away with an ice cream shop, hardware store and an outstanding grocery store with fresh cut meat available if you’re looking to grill/cook. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for a couples or family getaway. »

« We had an awesome guys trip. Fishing was good, house was clean, the hosts are very responsive. We cannot wait to stay again! The only downside was no air conditioning and it was over 100 degrees, but we survived. »

« Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!! »

« The house was great, perfect for adults plus kids. We appreciated the little touches, like lots of games for the kids, a sandy beach area, and water toys. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and a small issue with the hot tub was taken care of right away.Lake City itself doesn't have a lot to offer except for the ice cream shop. And the part of the lake the house is on is very shallow and full of weeds. But the house itself was great. »

« My husband and I enjoyed Kelley’s “better than a tent” cabin for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was spotless, smelled really nice and had so much charm throughout. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside portion of the cabin more, as it is designed for such a fun outdoor space, but we were out and about all weekend. If we are back in the area again, we would for sure rent this cabin again. »

« Was delighted to be able to spend a month on Stoneledge Lake outside Cadillac and get together with "old" girlfriends. The cottage is perfect and this recent widow especially liked being able to bring her Havanese dog with her. »

« This cute little cabin was awesome...right on the water and we had big plans that weekend. Unfortunately, I had to DJ a last minute wedding in Port Huron and we couldn't stay. We literally only spent the night sleeping there and that was it. Would love to come up & try again sometime. :-) »
