„Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. “

„Absolutely beautiful property! The house is cozy and comfortable, and located right on the creek. Sleeping with the window open to hear the water was so relaxing. I loved coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub to unwind in the evening. The house is so close to town but you feel secluded. Kenny was an amazing host. I can’t wait to go back again “

„My only complaint was the walkway/steps to get up to the deck etc was sort of shoveled and very icy. There is a railing to hold on to but only a little ways up the walk. The walk to the sauna was not shoveled so we did not use - to much snow to get to it. Felt treacherous to go back and forth to the car. “

„We came out ftom MN to celebrate our nephews graduation from high school. This property ended up be 10 mins from our families home. The property is as displayed. The beds were super comfortable. Appliances were updated and clean. No complaints from our family.The view was amazing. The garage was super convenient. It even fit our Yukon XL. The homeowners were very quick with responses and kind.“

„Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where ...

„7 family members stayed to ski at WinterPark/MaryJane We found the property to be very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub was extremely clean. 1/2 of the group walked to Gemini lift others took the shuttle. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. “
