« I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. »

« We loved the room, the nice little touches of snacks and coffees and wine, parking was easy. We went to the Belfry Theater right next door. We will be back! »

« It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use. »

« This is a great place for families with a quick Starbucks and nice restaurant options. Indoor saltwater pool was active with teens seemingly having an awesome time. Despite the ongoing construction out front in parking lot, this did not place a damper on our visit one bit. We understand the need for improvements and renovations. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »
