« L'hôtel est très bien placé (à 2 minutes de la gare et du centre), simple et propre. Petit inconvénient pour la salle de bain partagée : au 1er étage pour une chambre en rez de chaussée (néanmoins, présence d'un lavabo bien pratique dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner est très correct (choix entre anglais et continental, fruits frais,...). Intérêt particulier (aux beaux jours) : une piscine à l'arrière, dans le jardin... Bon rapport qualité-prix... Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir. »

« This was such a great place to stay. Its a lovely house with a super cozy living room, incredible wood burner and what would be a glorious garden in the summer. It was perfectly clean and well maintained. Host was super easy to talk to. Great location for us with Exeter, sidmouth and lyme regis all in easy distance. »

« This was our second visit. We love it because of the location. Just off the motorway but far enough to have peace and quiet. Beautiful area with lots to sed and do. Host is amazing. Everything you need is provided including a beautiful welcome pack. »

« Very nicely decorated house that was easy to live in as a family with two dogs. House was well equipped and in a good location for the city and the very local M&S Food Hall made self catering a pleasure too. We had an issue with the plumbing but this was sorted out very quickly - even on a Sunday. All in all a very nice stay. »

« We absolutely loved this cottage. We wanted somewhere home from home for 23rd December to 28th. It was just me, my husband and our dog. We were spoilt for choice as to places to visit and coming back to the cottage and spending time in the large lounge with the fire going was bliss. We would highly recommend this cottage. The host was extremely friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely be back! Leaving with extremely fond memories of a lovely Christmas spent here. »

« We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »
