« These were cute little cabins, rustic, but clean and tidy with everything there for staying for awhile. AC too. We were on the water and the geese welcomed us in the morning! The cabin had a screened in porch with comfy chairs. There was a nice little beach with kayaks to use, a fire pit and firewood for each cabin. The bed was comfy. It was nice and we would definitely visit again. »

« We had a month stay here and loved every minute! The owner is wonderful and responsive. The place is gorgeous inside with plenty of room. So nice to be able to have the dog with us! A walk to downtown, kayaking at the boat launch just steps away, and 20 minutes to beaches! Highly recommend. »

« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »

« The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. »

« La propriété est bien situé, ressemble à une cabane à oiseaux. Annonce mentionne pour 6 personnes, mais n'avait pas de draps pour les 2 lits des "futons". Nous avons du se couvrir avec nos serviettes de plage. Puisque le gestionnaire de l'endroit nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas en service. De plus 2 rouleaux de papiers de toilette pour 5 personnes / 4 jours.. insuffisant. Pas vraiment envie de récrire à l'hÎte à la suite de sa derniÚre réponse. La cuisiner bien rénové, mais le reste...

« This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again! »

More than enough space for 5 adults and a child, cleanliness was top notch, along with the fact that the property was equipped with everything you would possibly need! Location was perfect and could not recommend this location enough as it is steps to the beach. Could not recommend this property enough for a weekend or weeklong getaway for families or couples. »

« We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race. »
