Huge house with many bedroom options
The house is huge and a bit overwhelming at first. Our extended family (including adult children and grandchildren) all came and found comfortable sleeping arrangements. The a/c wasn't cooling properly when we arrived and it was 78 degrees in the house. After many texts, finally a repair man came at 8:30 that night and fixed the problem and we woke up to a cool house. The online description talks about access to three pools, putt putt, a discount at the marina, and other amenities. I expected a binder at the house to tell us all about these things and what we needed to know. I asked the property manager and she knew very little to help us. We learned there are only two pools at a place called "Cool Pools" and we googled it to find it (it's very nice). We also googled the mini golf to find it (again very nice). We called the marina to find out about the discount. It would have been so helpful to have a sheet of information as we are not from the area and had no idea about any of it. The online pictures showed an air hockey table which my grands were really looking forward to but it wasn't there and the property manager said it was broken so they removed it. I had emailed the property manager several weeks in advance asking for tips and information on what to do locally and she never responded. The house is somewhat dated and could use some updates. But generally speaking we enjoyed the place and had plenty of room for our needs.
