« The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return. »

« The location was great, an easy walk to the harbor and bike ride to the beach, and convenient to in-town shopping, restaurants and Woods ice cream by car. The outdoor shower was wonderful! It was a stormy and humid.week and we spent a lot of time indoors. It was a nice little cottage, but would have been much nicer if it were cleaner…we cleaned the screens of dust and cobwebs which made a difference in airflow. We also cleaned the gas grill, which was very dirty, but made the most of it...

« Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch. »

« The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies. »
