« The room next to mine was loud and disturbing. At midnight I asked the front desk to get them to quiet down and all he did was knocked and left it alone after they didnât answer. At 230am I asked again and to be moved and the explanation was all he can do is knock again and it was too slammed to move me. He knocked and I can hear them saying donât answer and he left. No other ways of correcting the issue was done. I got no sleep and was beyond disturbed. »
