« The room and bathroom were so nice and clean. The usual tea and coffee in the room was very welcome. Nice to have free on site parking. The continental breakfast was very reasonably priced. And being attached to such a lovely Indian restaurant was a bonus.
What made it excellent was Ola on reception.
So helpful and approachable, especially with luggage as a lift is not available . Very helpful explaining buses into town, saving on expensive city centre parking. I know where to stay for the...

« If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice.
Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back. »
