„Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs.
