« Lovely condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous fixtures and comfortable beds. Perfect night view of fireworks from the large living space windows. Responsive owner, very polite and accommodating. Would be good for a family, but we went as two adults and had plenty of space. »

The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Communication from the host was prompt and informative, which made everything even smoother. « My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it. We will be staying here again! »

« Spent the week here with my sister while visiting family in Farragut. The place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shopping and restaurants yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Clean, well stocked & decorated nicely. Communication with property manager was excellent. Around the corner from our favorite restaurant Stir. And honestly, the noise was not bad since they have placed fans & noise machines in all the bedrooms. Thank you!! »
