Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. „Our large group of friends had a wonderful comfortable stay. The house is equipped with everything we needed for a nature filled fun weekend away. The location is unreal- so close to all the walks and beautiful scenery. The house is spacious, clean and stylishly furnished and equipped. A huge kitchen and plenty of space to cook, eat, relax and enjoy. The beds are outrageously comfortable and everything well thought out. The host, Alyssa seems lovely and very accommodating and available to help ...

„SCAM!! This property owner is a scam!! Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. „Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of positive things to say other than the location of the property was great.Most disappointing is the amount we paid for a holiday home that needs a lot of attention. Upstairs we were greeted with numerous cockroaches and and ants; we could only find 2 beach towels when we had 7 people staying and the towels that were there were stained; the appliances are old and poor quality (the kettle took forever to boil and would wake up the whole house when you put it on); ...
