Dear guest, we are surprised about your review and we really don’t understand your complaint. You wrote the reception is impersonal…we always welcome our guests with enthusiasm and smile and we are ALWAYS available for any request or need. Then, in relation to our breakfast I would like to clarify that both on our website and on all the portals is written our breakfast is CONTINENTAL which includes: tea, coffee, cappuccino, different kind of bread, jam, nutella, croissant, different cakes, yogurt, cereals, bottled and fresh juices, fruit salad, fresh seasoned fruit. In addition, we have American coffee, different kind of cheese, cured meats, tomatoes and our typical “friselle”, even though they don’t belong to the continental breakfast category. In relation to your statement about the unsupplied kitchen area, we want to explain (even if is written on our website and price list)it has an extra cost. However we activate the electricity only on request and then we provide all the tool set to cook in the suite. Finally, in relation to your complain about the bad FREE wifi service, we totally agree with you. You know we are located in a countryside in a wide open space so it isn’t so simple to have a fast connection. We are trying to find an internet company which provides more than 7 MB that we have at the moment. We hope to do this as soon as possible. We are very sorry about your two nights stay but we hope to have an other change to host you and try to do our best to satisfy your needs.
