Wonderful Fayetteville Stay
I can't say enough about the excellence of my suite at the Hills St. address. It was grand, glorious and so comfortable. Having the sunroom and deck was a plus for entertaining my close family after my granddaughter's graduation... We even walked to the arena and avoided traffic and parking. I'll be sure to stay here if I ever travel back to Fayetteville! Loved this place!

Amazing and Unique Property!
My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous property and highly recommend it. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the room was decorated so beautifully. We enjoyed the art on the walls from local artists. The kitchen had all the amenities and more. At night we felt like we were living in a historic mansion and truly experienced the Fayetville vibe. The property manager was very attentive and caring. We would certainly stay here again. 👍👍👍👍👍

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I expected the property to be a bit closer to campus though per the description of "great view of Old Main"... we could only see the highest portion of the building. But the area was nice and quiet.

Looking for a place to stay and see our new grandchild. When we walked in the front door door we were a little concerned but we’re informed really quickly and politely that the art studio was doing renovations. They apologized of the mess but said everything upstairs was in order. It was perfect. Quite and very comfortable. My wife enjoyed that old tub every night. Bed was super comfortable. Will differently stay there again. The host were quick to reply to questions and everything was exactly as presented. Perfect!

What a great find! We stayed here for family weekend. It was walking distance to everything. It was so clean and quiet. What a unique hidden gem. We even wandered around back to check out the cute tree house on the back of the property. Sherri texted the morning of with all the check in information and was just a text away if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter is a student at UARK. The location relative to the campus was perfect. It was a super neat place and we had plenty of space. It beat staying in a Normal hotel for the weekend!
