Wonderful condo and great location~
This is wonderful condo. Location was perfect for walking and enjoying the Dickson street entertainment district. The condo was very nice and clean with all the extra comforts for guest. Would definitely stay at the Razorback retreat again and visit the beautiful peaceful city of Fayetteville.

Weekend at U of A
We were in town to celebrate a birthday with our Razorback student and catch a basketball game. This location was so easy and convenient, walkable to everywhere and parking right behind the building. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay in Fayetteville
Property was great. The only downside was very noisy neighbors that you could hear through the bedroom wall until very late. Property was fabulous and convenient.

Christmas getaway

Great location
Walking distance to all restaurants and bars on Dickson. I’m sure it can be a little loud at times, but we were there when the students were gone for Thanksgiving break. Would stay again for sure.

Quick Trip to Fayetteville
Super clean and centrally located - we made the mistake of checking in after dark in the rain so had a little trouble locating the unit, parking and entrance - completely our fault but location directions could have been a little more clear. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location!
This property is the perfect location for your home base in Fayetteville! In the middle of all the restaurants and fun on Dickson and right by the Greenway trail. Walkable to other areas, too. We did not have any issues with noise (but it was a non game weekend). Cute, comfortable and spacious. Stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and bathroom towels. Manager responded promptly to our questions during stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for campus visit
The location cannot be beat. Close to Old Main and within walking distance to the Football game. A little loud at times due to the fraternity next door but to be expected on Dickson street. Great to have 2 parking spaces so close! The condo has enough room to hang in the living area and kitchen with a group pre or post game. Very clean!

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured & described. You cannot beat this location if you are in town for anything related s to the University. Considering how close you are to Dickson, it is extremely quiet inside. I would 100% recommend this rental, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Location can't be beat!
What a GREAT property. Right on Dickson and very clean, modern and tons of space. As mentioned before the wifi works great for remote workers. The bedrooms are big and loved the two level plan with kitchen and living down. Close to everything and AC works great! Def recommemd!

Great place!
My family and I loved the Razorback Retreat!! The place was perfect and super clean! The kitchen was great to cook in. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were walking distance from the University of Arkansas and all the downtown restaurants. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Very nice
This is our 2nd stay in this building our first in this unit. Everything was great, just everything. We'd book again without consideration. Having a designated off-street spot is a huge plus. It's on the Greenway. We never pulled the car out. Bring a bike, it's all you'll need. The only negative was on one night the Fraternity was ridiculously loud. Just one night though. Foam ear plugs would have solved that.

Loved it!
My family loved the convenience and style of this property. It was steps outside the gates to the university and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants that were recommended to us. We will stay again!

WONDERFUL
Everything about this rental was wonderful! Property manager was extremely responsive with questions leading up to our 6-night stay. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great for our working remotely and streaming. The kitchen items were clean and not outdated and gross. Location was situated in the middle of walking distance to great nightlife and tasty food options. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus and the shower was spectacular. Patio was nice to have too. We will be going back to Fayetteville, as our daughter lives there, and hope to stay here again.

Great location!
Condo was well stocked and offered a great location right on Dickson. Decorated cute! We only had one car but if we had two there were always various trucks parked in the second unit spot. We would rent this into again in the futur though!

Mom’s weekend fun!

Great Location and Stylish, comfortable, clean stay!
We rented the property for 2 nights for New Years Eve and New Years Day and it was perfect! The place was clean and functional and is walking distance to whatever you need. The highlight of the property is the shower but that is only because it is AMAZING! This is a great place to stay and go out for a night on the town. Highly recommend.
