« Great location for the waterfalls, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice restaurant attached to the Hotel drinks are expensive but the food is reasonable, not the quickest service but if you are not in a rush it's fine. The bath could do with updating and a plug in the sink didn't fit well (put a flannel round plug fitted ok) Having a lot of work done to the front which will be nice when finished. »

« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting. Comfortable, clean, cozy. On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. Our keys were in a plastic bag pinned to a cork board. Explanations were confusing. Breakfast was an epic adventure. The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for. « L’hôte est charmante, attentive à nos moindres besoins. La chambre est absolument fabuleuse, magnifiquement décorée, du thé, des tisanes, du café, bonbons et petit gâteau sans parler des produits de toilette mis à disposition. Une chambre dans laquelle on a envie de passer des heures de lecture dans un des fauteuils très confortables ou à regarder la TV. L’emplacement est très proche du centre ville qui reste accessible très rapidement à pieds. »

« Lovely staff, however the rooms need some TLC. Appreciate when you paying cheap you are not expecting anything fancy, but the soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom and replaced with a bottle of "bath soak". Walls are paper thin, bed was hard and we found a nail on the floor. If you are hardy and want a cheap location near the beautiful national park, you will be fine, but bring your own supplies. »

« Bien placé pour découvrir les sites avec un grand parking. Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »

Room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, I was overlooking the main road but it got really quiet around 11,pm and I slept like a log. Would recommend, good for the price. »
