„have been in this 5 star resort for the last days of our thailand travel. expected for the price (200 EUR per night) higher standard in terms of facilities and cleanliness. glasses in room were not cleaned from previous guests so tooth paste staints and coffee leftovers were in the glasses. service itself was really good however it seems like they are understaffed.
