The host is incredibly kind and treated us like family. The service was exceptional! I felt so warm and welcomed throughout my stay. If you're looking for a cozy place that feels like home, I highly recommend it! »

« Its was an ok experience… its very far from anything so you need to book and arrange for transportation a day ahead if you want to go anywhere. »

« Loved our stay at Phuoobfa Resort, the people that run it are so lovely. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome. They even got us a gift at the end of our stay which was so kind. Our bungalow was clean and big, we got fresh towels and there smokes everyday really brightened our mood. Will be back for sure! »

« Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset. »

« The room ( suite) we selected was one of the largest and most beautiful rooms we have stayed in anywhere in the world. The public rooms and pool were lovely. I wished the dining room had a couple more choices of vegetarian food. The staff made efforts but I suspect some of our disappointments ( mild) were due to language confusion . Beautiful grounds and views. »

« Staff was great »
