We were welcomed by the lovely Grace, who went out of her way to help us allocate a hair dresser and organise taxis for us. she is a bundle of joy with a lovely can do personality and very professional. „The hotel located on hill. By bus no.21 or 21D from centre of Florence around half an hour. Normally 1/2-1.5hour per bus depends weekday or holiday. Using google map searching the bus information definitely not clear enough (you learnt once you try ;)) Or walking from train station Fiesole Caldine around 20mins (beware it’s walk on the road and need some time walk for your room).
