To your right is a door through to the large open plan living space, with smart TV, Firestick and DVD player, two new sofas, log-burning stove, dining table for 6, and galley kitchen off including washer/dryer, dishwasher. and Tassimo coffee machine. French doors in the dining area lead onto the patio with wooden furniture and brick-built BBQ. Path out to the double parking bay.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. Main bedroom with kingsize bed from where you can see the Brigg and the sea! Or step out onto the full-width balcony with comfortable seating for enjoying your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine. Wall-mounted TV, storage, and spacious ensuite bath with a shower overhead room. The second bedroom has twin 2ft 6 beds (which can be joined to make a king on request). This room has a spacious ensuite, with a newly designed walk in rainfall shower.
Outside is a rear patio with table and chairs, lawned area, and BBQ.

The log burner makes this cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round.
