« Locating the property was pretty easy and there was ample parking. The building itself is a bit older and is showing its age on the outside and inside. You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. « Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. « It was great to bring our dogs with us on our visit to Detroit. The accommodations were Clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighbors were pleasant and the bar down the street was a nice place to have a drink. We visited Belle Isle and Gross Pointe Park. We found great restaurants that allowed dogs for outside dining. « It was close to everything. We went to Ford Field, which was only a 5-10 minute walk. Theres plenty of restaurants close by to chose from. Or, right next door theres a convenient store, which has all kinds of things to chose from »
