« Gave me a 2 bed room when I booked a 1 bed room then the room we was in didn’t have a key so he had to come unlock our room with his key because he said they were doing renovations »

« The floors were filthy. You could see the dust built up around the edges of the room, the beds, the furniture. There was dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom fan. »

« Fecies in toilet and toilet backed up when checking in. Bed sheeds dirty and hair on them. Dirty toilet water on floor from having toilet plunged. Room was bad. I slept in my vehicle as I did not feel confortable in this room. »

« Parking lot was handicapped marked spots, but no elevator on the premises. A handicapped person has to walk up a flight of poorly maintained wooden steps to the second floor. The door lock was broken and a magnet lock was put on the door which was the only lock available. The floor was not clean, the bathtub was stained and dirty. It was loud and noisy with construction workers standing on the balcony until midnight. The check in employee said all the rooms were full so no chance of moving to a...

« This was affordable for a single night. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very sweet. It's an older facility and the room had fresh paint, clean sheets and a comfortable bed. However. It also houses longer term "residents". There was a distinct skunky smell at both entrances and too many people "hanging out" for my comfort zone.... »
