« We spent a weekend at Enrico’s wonderful place. The villa where the apartment is located is an ancient and well-maintained building (it dates back 20’s). It directly faces the lake where we had the chance to have a very fast bath, but being April we did not expect more than that. Of course we look forward to coming back in the summer to take a longer and more pleasant swim! Between the house and the lake there is a large garden with secular and scenting trees. We very much enjoyed our time there...

« Fabulous house and garden with great pool. Good security with guard on location. Everything exactly liked described and pictured in the announcement. Cristina is a magnificent host, very attentive and helpful and a great warm hearted person. We spent a nice week with the family in the midst of the vineyards. Nice walks and excursions in the area and nearby shopping in the mall.... and of course top wines produced all around the house. Grazie mille Cristina and family, it was excellent vacation...

« The property looks like advertised and it was generally clean and really nice to stay for a week. The views and the pool are fantastic and the house setup is nice. Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. « Très belle maison isolée située sur les hauteurs de Paratico avec vue sur le lac. Accès facile par un chemin via le bois et les vignes. Plusieurs terrasses agréables ; piscine ; cuisine moderne, fonctionnelle. Climatisation dans toute la maison. Calme, beaucoup de végétations et même une source sur le chemin qui mène à la maison, lieu de RV des locaux. Super sympa. Bref ne pas hésiter. « L'emplacement est top, la vue et la piscine incroyables. Le gérant est très réactif. Cependant la maison pour 1000 euros par jour mérite un peu de rafraîchissement. Quelques soucis électriques bien gérés par holidays garda. Par contre de gros problèmes concernant la pression d'eau une grande partie de la journée. Nous étions 9 et prendre des douches et se laver les cheveux avec un filet d'eau était insupportable. Il faut absolument régler ce problème car le reste est top. »
