The property is a straight shot to UF and only takes about 40 minutes. The hostess was wonderful and we hope to stay here again soon!“

„Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!! “

„Property was great. Had all the things to do there. Kayaks,John boat,paddleboat, cornhole,firepit etc... only thing i would recommend would be a bigger size bed in the upstairs bedroom. “

„Wonderfully equipped property, couldn’t ask for more. House and grounds were exceptionally clean and organized when we arrived. Very spacious for two family gathering. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full dinners; extra appliances; plenty of cookware; and ample dining areas (inside and out). We rented house for a boating weekend on the St. John’s River. Great views in all directions. Fun restaurants on the river close by. I even kayaked across the river one morning to watch sunrise, and ...

"Leider muss ich mich den vielen negativen Bewertungen für dieses Hotel anschließen. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel uns ein stechender, chemischer Geruch in die Nase. Auf Nachfrage kam die Dame von der Rezeption unwillig mit in unser Zimmer und teilte uns mit, dass dieser Geruch angeblich vom gereinigten Teppich käme... wir sollten doch die Tür geöffnet lassen. Beim Zubett gehen rutschte die dünne Decke über das Bett-Inlay. Zum Vorschein kam eine völlig zerfressene und gelbe Bettdecke. Wirklich ekelhaft. Also bin ich zurück zur im Rezeption. Die Dame brachte mir ein neues Bett-Inlay. Leider hatte auch das gelbe Flecken. Mein Bett sollte ich dann selber beziehen. Ebenso vermute ich kleine Tierchen im Bett, da ich überall juckende Quaddeln habe. Auch war das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich. Dieses Hotel kann man keinesfalls guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. "
