MAIN VALUE: its the location, which is within walking distance to all tourist points of interests, and being on the first floor which is convenient luggage-wise.
The building is a heritage house that is renovated to house 4 people, but we did not find it neither comfortable nor well equipped.
Yes everything looked like the listing BUT mattresses were too old that made noise making it hard to sleep. There are items such as washer & coffee makers but there's absolutely NOTHING that would make any of these usable such as detergent, coffee filter, paper towels etc. BASIC condiments like tea, coffee, sugar and salt were nonexistant. There were 2 mini shampoo/body gel bottles for 3 people and very limited toilet paper. We had to buy our own papertowels.
CHECK IN: we were told about the city taxes but nothing in regards to late check in fee which had to be paid cash. The guy who checked us in was on time but he didn't know much about when we asked about hot to adjust the heating system. BIGGEST ISSUE: WIFI was not working! We ended up having to pay about $50 to buy Data packages as we needed to work. I kept communicating with the three different numbers I was provided rather than one point of contact to follow up regarding this and basically was told it's the city's problem and we don't know when it'll be fixed! I do understand the problems of outages that happen, but as hosts who charged us for basic amenities they should have either refunded us or offered solutions! overall ..MEH
