At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to provide you with all the support and assistance you may need.

However, you can access the apartment completely independently through self check-in, which also includes automatic registration of your ID documents.



Inside the apartment, you'll find every comfort and modern technology.



Other Things to Note:

You'll access the apartment through self-check-in, allowing you to enter your Florence Charming Apartment any time after 3 PM by following the instructions you'll receive via email once the process is complete.



Our office provides prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we respond to emergencies only via phone or chat.





During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
