Located on the second story of an 14th-century Florentine building, without elevator, this apartment includes a 3 BEDROOMS with a high, exposed beam ceiling, and ornamented with Florentine reliefs, nightstands with bedside reading lights, and hotel-quality beds, prepared with linens, duvets, and pillows. Wall mirror. Radiator heating and air conditioning.

For DINING in, a table and 6 chairs are provided.

The modern 3 KITCHENETTES include 2-burner stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators with freezers, American coffee makers and coffee, toasters, electric water kettles, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. Towel and dish soap.

3 BATHROOMS with shower. Radiator, hair dryer, and towel rack. Bidet. It is stocked with 100% cotton body towels, hand towels, toilet paper, plus complimentary hand soap and body shampoo.

STORAGE includes wardrobes, cupboards, and shelves.

EXTRAS :: Clothes washer. Outdoor drying line for clothes and towels. Foldable drying rack. Iron and board. Mirror. Flat screen TV. Free, high-speed, unlimited WIFI. Clock. Baby crib.

GUEST ACCESS :: Everything in the flat is at your disposal. Please consider yourself at home.

CITY TAX :: The city tourist tax of Florence is not included in the price. At check-in the required city tax must be paid: 6,00 € cash per person per night, for up to 7 nights, excluding children under 12 years.

BEDS :: The double beds (160 cm x 195 cm) can be separated into 2 single beds (80 cm x 195 cm). Please let us know when you book if you prefer the beds to be set up as singles.

LUGGAGE :: Luggage dropped off prior to check-in or left after check-out. It is available upon request and subject to availability.

ACCESSIBILITY :: Must climb stairs - 4 flights

PARKING :: Florence is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) so a car is not recommended. If arriving by car, it is recommended to reserve a space in a parking garage. Rates are based on car size and length of stay.

CHECK-IN :: Check-in time is 3:00PM - 8:00PM.
You will receive a personal welcome from your Host Romano!
• Please CONTACT ME 2 DAYS prior to your arrival with your check-in time. Additionally, let me know if you prefer the BEDS SET UP as 2 singles.
• 30 minutes prior to arrival please message or call me so I can meet you at the apartment. Once you arrive at the apartment, ring the 4th button outside, at the street. I will come down to greet you, show you the apartment, and provide you with the keys.
• I will show you the apartment, all it's amenities, and provide you with keys.
• During your stay, I'm always reachable. I can provide maps and directions about the city of Florence, in addition to restaurant, shopping, and tour recommendations.

LATE CHECK-IN :: For check-in after 8:00PM there is an EXTRA CHARGE of 15€ to be paid on arrival, after 9:00PM the extra charge is 20€, after 10:00PM the extra charge is 25€, and after 11:00PM the extra charge is 30€. Because I don't live on site, it's very important to make an appointment for check-in at least 2 days before arrival.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE :: Check-out time is 10:00AM.
• Please check-out by 10:00AM so we can prepare the apartment for our next guests. If you check out before 10:00AM, we request that you call or message me so I can notify the cleaning person. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
• Upon leaving wash/dry/store all dishes and utensils. Unplug the iron. Turn off the air conditioner/heater. Turn off all lights. Close all windows.
• TAKE YOUR RUBBISH to the disposal/recycle containers on Via dell'Agnolo, just a 2-minute walk.
• Leave the keys on the tables and the apartment doors partly open.
• Please inform me if anything broke, was damaged or isn't working.

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events.
• The mandatory CITY TOURIST TAX must be paid on arrival in exact change.
• DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Paper, paper towels, tissues, feminine products, Q-tips, etc. may cause a clog and incur a repair fee.
• Please leave the refrigerator/freezer setting as is.
• Please leave the AC/heating Mode setting as is.
• Please don't cut on the kitchen counter top. Cutting boards have been provided.
• Since there isn't a garbage disposal, no foods should go down the sink.

LOST KEYS: Guests will be charged 50€ for any set of keys that are not returned at check out.
