Nice place to stay!

Had a great time on the lake and beaches near by, dunes as well. Property had nice grounds and a dock, paddle boards and kayaks. Grandkids had a good time on the lake and enjoyed the entertainment room downstairs.

Awesome Property

The home was immaculately cared for and very well appointed, easily the most well stocked property we have ever rented and we travel quite a bit! The house is well designed for a large group with ample space for all to gather and separate spaces for smaller gatherings. We enjoyed beautiful views of Woahink lake! It’s close to many great attractions on the Central Oregon coast. We highly recommend this place to other travelers!

Amazing Rental

This is a great house on beautiful lakeside property! The house was very clean and there were a ton of amenities between the fire pit, dock, board games, gas grill, and so many others. Ideal location to go to the dunes and rent ATVs, or go enjoy the beach.

Great Lake House - Built for Family Gatherings

Lovely home and beautiful lakeside property. It was a great spot for our family gathering with ages from 8 to 75 years old. We would love to come back in the summer sometime! Property owner was great in communication and quick to get back on all inquiries. Highly recommended.

Space for large family gathering

Great house for a large family to gather. Pros: The furniture was impressive! As usual, Urban Lumber made some great pieces. The games kept us all entertained. Poker table, retro arcade games, board games, ect. Dock on the lake was nice. Beautiful view and private/secluded area. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Cons: We were told right before our stay, only parking for 4 cars. I think a dozen could fit there. I had planned to bring my boat, put in across the lake and park only my boat trailer at the house which would have been easy. We didn't get much sun at all in late November. Frost on the ground all day which is weird for the coast. I think the summer months would be very nice. Some of the house could use some updating (cabinetry, countertops, appliances), but everything worked fine. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks!

50th Birthday & Family

All our friends since childhood and their adult kids and spouses came for my husband’s 50th Birthday! They live all over so this is very rare. It was a perfect weekend with lots of laughs, drinks, big family dinners, and casino night. Thank you for such a perfect home and we will make this a yearly trip!

Beautiful house and property

We have a small company of five staff, we did a retreat in this house to mostly rest and get to know each other since we all work remotely we never have those moments to get to know each other better. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Tons of bathrooms as well. The kitchen has tons of dishes and stuff so we had no need for anything that wasn't there. The view is amazing. Lots of natural light in the home and plenty of room to socialize and get away for a private moment. The grounds are well maintained as is the home. We had a great time and might make it our annual spot.

Awesome - we will be back

Great property and house. The house is spacious with large decks overlooking beautiful lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. All TVs had cable and the streaming services so we were able to watch all the football games. Firepit and plenty of wood was great and we used everyday. Used the kayaks to boat around the lake. Overall one of the best houses we have ever stayed at.

Lovely view of Woahink Lake

First time staying at 7 Pines. Lovely setting and well appointed and comfortable house. Very clean and well kept. Big well stocked kitchen, two indoor eating areas and a lovely large deck with table. Good firm beds and lots of entertainment for children and teens. The end of road privacy and quiet is a big plus.

An Oasis in the Woods

We had a wonderful stay at the Seven Pines house. Our family group consisted of 12 adults of varying ages (several in their 80's) and the room combinations were able to fit our needs. The house was VERY well stocked, clean and the beds were comfortable. The house came with one single and two double kayaks, two paddle boards, corn hole, and bocce plus 3 camping style chairs. We were surprised by the two full bathrooms out of the four mentioned were in the master suite, but we were able to use one of the bunk bed mattresses in the massive walk-in closet to create another private sleeping space and divert some usage from the other bathrooms a bit. The fire pit was great fun and we enjoyed the yard for many family games. For those with guests with accessibility issues, only the master suite has a private bathroom (2 actually) on the main floor and the path to the dock is fairly steep with many steps. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this house!
