L'appartement / LOFT (flambant neuf !!!) il est situé au 3Úme et dernier étage d'un bùtiment historique du centre de Florence derriÚre la Piazza della Signoria.
L'appartement design est meublĂ© avec des meubles de luxe, rĂ©partis sur deux niveaux: l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur se compose d'un grand salon avec deux fenĂȘtres, d'oĂč vous pourrez admirer la tour Arnolfo et une partie du Palazzo Vecchio, une cuisine avec table salle Ă  manger Ă©quipĂ©e (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine Ă  cafĂ©, bouilloire, plaque Ă  induction, couverts), une chambre double et une salle de bain avec douche. Le salon par un escalier ouvert mĂšne Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur oĂč se trouve la deuxiĂšme chambre double et une grande salle de bains avec bidet, toilettes et douche; au mĂȘme Ă©tage, par la mezzanine (donnant sur le salon en dessous) vous entrez dans la troisiĂšme chambre avec 2 lits simples (pouvant ĂȘtre rĂ©unis).
Le plafond est fait de poutres apparentes originales des années 1300.
De l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, par un escalier intĂ©rieur, vous pouvez accĂ©der Ă  la terrasse panoramique de 25 mÂČ. (avec vue Ă  360 °), oĂč vous pourrez passer une agrĂ©able soirĂ©e aux chandelles et profiter d'une vue nocturne Ă  couper le souffle sur les principaux monuments historiques et les beautĂ©s artistiques de la Renaissance florentine.
L'appartement (100 m2) situé au 3Úme étage (sans ascenseur) il a été entiÚrement rénové en 2017; peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (déconseillé aux familles avec enfants de moins de 6 ans).
L'appartement est à 100 mÚtres. de Piazza Signoria, Galerie des Offices, Il Bargello et Ponte Vecchio, en 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti et les principales rues commerçantes.

Super location

Bel appartement moderne et agrĂ©able, terrasse avec vue sur Florence. En plein centre sans pour autant avoir de nuisances sonores. Attention l’appartement est au 4Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur.

The pictures dont do justice to this beautiful property. Communication with the host was seamless prior to arrival and check in went very smoothly. The property was even more spacious than the pictures captured. Sitting on the rooftop at night was magical. We hope to return soon

Beautiful, clean property in excellent location.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that is walkable to all of the major sites in Florence. It is directly across the street from an iconic sandwich shop and on the same block as well-known Gelateria Del Niri. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail with tremendous views in every direction. The only negative to the property is that you must climb 80 steps. There is no elevator. While this was not a problem for us, It is rather difficult if you have a lot of luggage and/or small children or elderly people in your group.

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Florence!

We had the most wonderful time in this three bedroom apartment just steps away from the Ufizzi, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signoria. Staying in this modern, professionally decorated,pristine apartment was like stepping into the pages of architectural digest. It is well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor.Emiliano was outstanding to work with. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed, not to mention there lots of hot water in the modern showers.We enjoyed Aperol Spritzes on the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio!If you need three bedrooms and you're staying in Florence, I can't recommend this enough!

Terrace apartment in the heart of Florence

Very modern and beautiful apartment one block away from the square where the fake David stands. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Overall, this is a fantastic place. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Just note that because it has a rooftop terrace. You’re on the third floor and required to take the steps because there is not a lift. Recommend packing with smaller bags so they’re easier to carry up. Great communication with host, who met us to give us an introduction to the unit. Two bedrooms with large beds and one with 2 twins,

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat 
 just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

Great place with very nice finishes. Good location. Be ready to carry luggage up some stairs, but worth it once you are there. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the balcony every day. Would stay again.

First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time! The location of this apartment is central to everything. It is close to every place we wanted to eat. Emiliano was a joy to work with. The apartment is in the north side of the Arno but within a few minutes of the south side.

Beautiful apartment, busy, central location

The host was wonderful upon check-in. Was waiting for us even tho our train was late. Super informative and friendly, extra helpful. The apartment was fantastic, warm, open, beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The one star off was for a few things: nespresso (not “expresso”) pods were explicitly required which were not offered at local stores so no coffee.., we had tiny ants upstairs constantly but they didn’t bite. The location was wonderful but there are 78 stairs to get to it which wasn’t listed. It’s a CLIMB every day. Be prepared. It’s worth it, but just know ahead of time. Honestly we would most likely rent again IF we wanted that area.

What can I say? This property checked all the boxes, beauty, clean, full of amenities, rooftop, Location and the best Host you could ask for!!! Communication was more than you could ask for, our plane was delayed as we were already coming in late but Emiliano waited for us until we got there at 12 at night and helped us with our bags and showed us around to the apartment! Again Location,Location,Location and this it!

Amazing Experience

My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!

Fantastic stay!!

We were 2 couples traveling with our adult daughters. This property is located 2-5 blocks from all major historical sites. The property manager Emiliano is an exceptional communicator. Our daughters arrived 3 hrs before we did. He got them orientated on apartment logistics, made restaurant recommendations and was available for ongoing questions. The property is incredible clean, really appreciated the outdoor space, washing machine, MR. Coffee:) American coffee pot and room darken shades and air conditioning. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, this is not your place. We are 55 and in good shape so had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Emiliano- you helped make our vacation a great one!!

Beautifully appointed apartment with a fabulous rooftop terrace

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right by the Uffizi museum with tons of shops and places to eat nearby. The inside of the apartment is just as nice as the pictures show if not nicer. The owners of this unit obviously take pride in their home. I will definitely pass along this place to friends who I know are visiting Italy soon.

Perfect location!

This apartment is perfectly located with 1 minute of the Uffizi and about 7 minutes from the Duomo. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. The only issue is the stairs. There's a lot but it is a good way to burn off all the pizza and pasta that you'll eat. Emiliano was great to work with. He gave us great restaurant recommendations.
