Die Wohnung / LOFT (Brandneu !!!) Es befindet sich im 3. und letzten Stock eines historischen Gebäudes im Zentrum von Florenz hinter der Piazza della Signoria.
Das Design Apartment ist mit Luxusmöbeln auf zwei Ebenen eingerichtet: Die untere Etage besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit zwei Fenstern, von denen aus Sie den Arnolfo-Turm und einen Teil des Palazzo Vecchio, eine Küche mit Tisch, bewundern können Ausgestattetes Esszimmer (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Induktionsherd, Besteck), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer führt über eine offene Treppe in die obere Etage, wo sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Bidet, WC und Dusche befinden. Auf der gleichen Etage gelangen Sie durch das Zwischengeschoss (mit Blick auf die Lounge unten) in das dritte Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (zusammenstellbar).
Die Decke besteht aus originalen Holzbalken aus dem 13. Jahrhundert.
Von der oberen Etage gelangt man über eine Innentreppe auf die 25 m² große Panoramaterrasse. (mit 360 ° -Ansicht), wo Sie einen angenehmen Abend bei Kerzenlicht verbringen und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die wichtigsten historischen Monumente und die künstlerischen Schönheiten der Florentiner Renaissance genießen können.
Die Wohnung (100 m2) Das Hotel liegt im 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug) und wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett renoviert. Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (nicht empfohlen für Familien mit Kindern unter 6 Jahren).
Die Wohnung ist 100 Meter entfernt. Von der Piazza Signoria, den Uffizien, Il Bargello und Ponte Vecchio erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten zu Fuß den Dom, Santa Maria Novella, die Piazza Santa Croce, den Palazzo Pitti und die wichtigsten Einkaufsstraßen.
In der Umgebung finden Sie auch Restaurants, Trattorien und Pizzerien, in denen Sie einen angenehmen Abend mit toskanischer Küche verbringen können.

5 Stars and so much more

The apartment of Emiliano & Yuliia is just amazing in every way. We spent there 3 nights with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). To start with the location: It is right behind the Uffizi and the Piazza della Republica and could not be more in the middle of everything. By foot 2 minutes to the river Arno and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment itself is really modern and very classy, the furniture is new and shiny, all bedrooms are equipped with extremly comfy beds and nice linens. It is very quiet and I can’t remember when I have slept so well outside of my own bedroom at home. All rooms have air condition which are very effective and yet can hardly be heard. There are two bathrooms with everything you would want and showers with high water pressure if this is something you enjoy. And then the rooftop terrace….. We were there in the middle of August and I initially thought we probably would not be able to use it because of the heat, but that was not the case. Even though it was very hot during the day, once the sun went down it cools down so that we were sitting on the terrace enjoying that fantastic view while having an aperitif. In the morning I would have my first coffee up there. If you truly look for something extraordinary, book this apartment you won‘t be disappointed.

Beautiful, clean property in excellent location.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that is walkable to all of the major sites in Florence. It is directly across the street from an iconic sandwich shop and on the same block as well-known Gelateria Del Niri. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail with tremendous views in every direction. The only negative to the property is that you must climb 80 steps. There is no elevator. While this was not a problem for us, It is rather difficult if you have a lot of luggage and/or small children or elderly people in your group.

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Florence!

We had the most wonderful time in this three bedroom apartment just steps away from the Ufizzi, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signoria. Staying in this modern, professionally decorated,pristine apartment was like stepping into the pages of architectural digest. It is well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor.Emiliano was outstanding to work with. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed, not to mention there lots of hot water in the modern showers.We enjoyed Aperol Spritzes on the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio!If you need three bedrooms and you're staying in Florence, I can't recommend this enough!

Very modern and beautiful apartment one block away from the square where the fake David stands. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Overall, this is a fantastic place. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Just note that because it has a rooftop terrace. You’re on the third floor and required to take the steps because there is not a lift. Recommend packing with smaller bags so they’re easier to carry up. Great communication with host, who met us to give us an introduction to the unit. Two bedrooms with large beds and one with 2 twins,

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat … just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, busy, central location

The host was wonderful upon check-in. Was waiting for us even tho our train was late. Super informative and friendly, extra helpful. The apartment was fantastic, warm, open, beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The one star off was for a few things: nespresso (not “expresso”) pods were explicitly required which were not offered at local stores so no coffee.., we had tiny ants upstairs constantly but they didn’t bite. The location was wonderful but there are 78 stairs to get to it which wasn’t listed. It’s a CLIMB every day. Be prepared. It’s worth it, but just know ahead of time. Honestly we would most likely rent again IF we wanted that area.

Florence with a View!

What can I say? This property checked all the boxes, beauty, clean, full of amenities, rooftop, Location and the best Host you could ask for!!! Communication was more than you could ask for, our plane was delayed as we were already coming in late but Emiliano waited for us until we got there at 12 at night and helped us with our bags and showed us around to the apartment! Amazing Experience

My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!

Fantastic stay!!

We were 2 couples traveling with our adult daughters. This property is located 2-5 blocks from all major historical sites. The property manager Emiliano is an exceptional communicator. Our daughters arrived 3 hrs before we did. He got them orientated on apartment logistics, made restaurant recommendations and was available for ongoing questions. The property is incredible clean, really appreciated the outdoor space, washing machine, MR. Coffee:) American coffee pot and room darken shades and air conditioning. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, this is not your place. We are 55 and in good shape so had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Emiliano- you helped make our vacation a great one!!

Beautifully appointed apartment with a fabulous rooftop terrace

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right by the Uffizi museum with tons of shops and places to eat nearby. The inside of the apartment is just as nice as the pictures show if not nicer. The owners of this unit obviously take pride in their home. I will definitely pass along this place to friends who I know are visiting Italy soon.

Perfect location!

This apartment is perfectly located with 1 minute of the Uffizi and about 7 minutes from the Duomo. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. The only issue is the stairs. There's a lot but it is a good way to burn off all the pizza and pasta that you'll eat. Emiliano was great to work with. He gave us great restaurant recommendations.
