Charming apartment building just outside the busy centre. Easily reachable by tram (Strozzi Falacci stop ~5mins walk) from the train station or centre.
Check-in agent communicated with us well, but had us waiting for over half an hour on arrival (due to heavy rain and another check-in), but was friendly and helpful and did not cause a problem for us.
Apartment was clean, with an excellent shower (very powerful), a nice little kitchen, and a very comfy and large bed. Remote activated black-out shutters ensured an excellent sleep! Quite noisy due to the street outside the building and busy main road on the corner (lots of beeping and mopeds). But this was not a problem for us.
Perhaps future bookings could be provided with some innexpensive basic essentials in the kitchen (i.e a small milk, some olive oil, some bread etc), as it is self-catered? Would be a nice extra touch to an amazing stay. We needed to buy things late at night for a home-cooked meal but had to leave some of it for the next guests as we couldn't use it all during our short stay. Just a positive suggestion!
Overall we loved our little Florentine apartment and would recommend it to anyone visiting!
