The place was bigger than expected and could room up to 5+ people, if necessary. We had a very hard time finding the place. They did give us the location pin, but the location took us to the middle of an alley. The host finally came out to get us, but did not have much time and gave us a 3 min. Run down. I asked about the washing machine and was shown where it was, but the washing machine was not working. Door would not open and we read the user manual ( we are also familiar with this type of washer, this unit was just not working). I reached out several times to the host, but no response from the host. We did not get a response back on where to dump the trash, other than the front of ponte vechhio. We could not find an actual location and host did not respond back. The bathroom was clean, but with 3 of us, you could only take a 3 min shower each for there to be enough hot water for 3 people. Hot water for one person lasted about 8-10 minutes. Great location near ponte vechhio, fairly clean. It was very noisy at night from the restaurants and bars outside. I wore ear plugs, so I was fine, but spouse was up each night due to loud noise abd thin walls.
