Florentine Perfection

This apartment is absolutely perfect. We just returned from an 11 day trip to Italy. And the time spent in Florence, at this property, will forever be etched in our minds as perfection. The location. The cleanliness. The security. The terraces. The beds. The roof top!!! All perfect. We have stayed all over the world in rental-by-owner properties. This is my favorite so far. The owner made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. She is a tremendous host. And our time spent in Florence was capped off by enjoying our accommodations to the fullest. This apartment is the icing on the Tiramisu. We will be back.

Christmas Break with 3 “nearly-adult” kids

This home was meticulously cleaned, very beautiful, and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. The property manager was truly lovely, wonderfully communicative, and genuinely accommodating. Fabulous apartment with modern amenities in the heart of Florence!

Our family of 4 adults stayed in the apartment for 6 nights in September 2024. It is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence within easy walking distance of many popular destinations and restaurants. Karin is a fabulous host, very responsive to our questions pre-arrival (via email). Appreciated being able to text her while in Florence. Her recommendation for pre-arranged transportation to and from the airport was very helpful. We stayed in this apartment in 2015 and in her villa in 2019. Summer in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence, the apartment was perfect and exceeded expectations. I was certain there would be a catch and that things wouldn't be as nice as the online description, but they were! The location next to the Ponte Vecchio is hard to beat, the apartment was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The roof deck was beautiful and secluded and the views from the viewing deck were stunning. Washing machine and AC (we visited in a heatwave) were a real bonus. Communication with the owner was great, they also provided great tips for local restaurants and sights which was very helpful.

Lovely Stay!

The property is as advertised and was a perfect setup for our family of 4. Paradise in Firenze

We stayed 21 nights in this amazing place. We have had the fortune of staying in Florence several times
we have always stay in terrific hotels but this was different
and so much better. The pictures online are 100% accurate so I will not describe it. Karin met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful. Moreover, Karin was super responsive and kind for many months leading up to our stay. She is the perfect host. The apartment was extremely clean
and stayed that way. The location could not be better. Super private and close to everything. The patios are over the top. Especially the roof top area. The perfect stay in Florence

My husband and I stayed at this property for six nights in April. We are a retired couple from USA. We found the apartment location perfect. Although it is in the center of all the action, it is quiet and easy to get to and from important destinations. The unit is on the seventh floor with a lift that goes up six flights, and an easy walk up the last flight. Approximately 15 steps, very wide and easy to manage. The building and the unit itself are beautiful. The photos are accurate and represent the unit well. The kitchen is comfortable and easy to cook in unlike some smaller kitchens in other European units we have stayed in. The living room is comfortable and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms are very nice. All equipment worked just fine. Water temperature and pressure was good. Beds are very comfortable. The terraces on this unit are outstanding. There are two furnished terraces and one unfurnished rooftop but all spots are very comfortable and a great place to spend the evenings. The furniture on the terrace says , our quick dry, which is a problem we have experienced in other units. This furniture can be used even a couple hours after a rain storm. The weather changes quickly in Florence so that is a real plus. The hostess is wonderful. Quick to respond to any questions and very accessible. We will recommend this unit to friends and hope to come again ourselves.

Couldn’t have been better!

We had the best time at this apartment. Everything was great: location, layout, furnishings. It was great for two couples because the bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms) were at opposite ends of the apartment. We loved the terrace—we were lucky that it was sunny and not too cold most of the February week we were there and spent a lot of time lounging outside. The kitchen had everything you might need and there was a nice grocery store right across the river. The apartment was in the center of things—it was great to be able to sightsee or go out to dinner on either side of the river and then come back to the apartment’s tranquility. Karin was also a very responsive host. I would definitely stay again at this apartment and would recommend it to my friends.
