We really enjoyed the home itself. The location, layout, and overall feel of the property are excellent, and it has the potential to be a top tier rental.There are a few maintenance items that should be addressed. The master bathroom toilet makes very loud plumbing noises when flushed, the refrigerator water filter was expired (indicator light on), so we had to purchase drinking water, and the ice maker was turned off on arrival and never worked well during our stay. There were also noticeable stains on some of the furniture. These were not deal breakers, but they are basic items that should be handled prior to guest arrival.The bigger issue was the property management. Communication was inconsistent and often felt automated rather than responsive. We received conflicting information regarding guest count and policies, which required multiple follow ups to clarify. We were told a bag of ice would be delivered immediately after arrival, but it was never brought. When we reached out again, the response was delayed and ultimately unresolved during our stay.Requests were handled rigidly with little consideration. A simple 30 min. early check in was not accommodated, and a very reasonable 1 hour late checkout request (with a 7 hour gap before our flight) was declined without flexibility, even after a service issue was acknowledged. The experience would be significantly improved with more attentive, consistent, and guest focused management
