« The "superior" room we stay at was smelling weird and we asked to change and they said they will change but later they said there was no "same level" room available and put us in a smaller room (not even half the size of the room we booked) but the lady at the counter apologized and gave us a complementary buffet dinner... although I think the price was not close to match, still, her attitude was commendable and we accepted. Rooms need to be maintained better otherwise this is an excellent...

« Breakfast was ok. The owner was very helpful in coordinating breakfast time. Paid extra for ac, this was not specified before but was 6 dollars a day. We have paid a lot less in Iquitos for a similar room with ac and hot water. Overall a good experience and very convenient to the airport. »
