« The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing. »

« Loved that it was walking distance to pretty much everything in Monmouth/Independence. The studio was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed is super comfy too. Excellent communication with the property owners, and Polly and Tony were so wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return, it's now our go-to place to stay over College Inn (ick, ptooie) for our visits to town. Thank you! »

« Me and my 2 friends had a lovely time staying here :) We spent almost the entire day on that couch overlooking the riv. So peaceful and relaxing, I loved it here. It felt much more like a real home than any other vacation rental I've ever stayed in! Loved all the comfy sitting areas, the bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, everything was clean and comfortable and great :) Thanks so much guys! We had a great time! »

« Came to Corvallis for a few days to see oregon state baseball and was so pleased with this mountain retreat! Close to town by car but serenely set up in the mountains, even had a deer visitor in the yard in the morning! Very clean and well maintained, excellent communication with host. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to town! »
