« Mon épouse et moi, couple dans la soixantaine, avions choisi le Penrose sur internet, basé sur les photos et la description des lieux. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'établissement nous étions déjà très heureux de notre choix, le décor était splendide, l'accueuil et la visite des lieux communs incluant notre chambre étaient vraiment conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons passé qu'une nuit au Penrose, lit et chambre très confortable et petit déjeuner copieux, les hôtes ont été très charmants. ...

« Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday! »

« Side walks had plants and tree branches blocking walkway. Shower head had a very bad leak. Had to cover top of head woth a towel so water didn't spreay on walls and ceiling. There were other minor maintenance issue out side of our unit that show a lack of attention to detail and regular maintenance. That said the overall staff and facility's were amazing! I would not hesitate to to schedule a visit again. »
