« Malgré l'entente de ménage à faire à cause du Covid, Jamais le ménage de ma chambre n'a été fait. Première fois que je suis déçu d'un Holiday Inn. »

« Sergio, our lovely bartender/cook/manager was absolutely amazing. He took such good care of us. Very friendly yet professional. Easy going personality that made him a pleasure to converse with. And the lovely Ms Kim at the front desk instantly made me feel welcome, like I was the one person she'd been waiting for. Such a lovely & lively woman. »

« Chambres très correctes et spacieuses, accueil sympathique. En revanche j'avais demandé des chambres côté a côte il y a plus d'un an et nous ne les avons pas eues. Malheureusement un groupe d'enfants était présent en même temps que nous et avait envahi la piscine, leurs responsables ayant organisé le goûter autour de la piscine nous n'avons pas pu y aller. Le pdj était vraiment mauvais. »

At the time, there was no hot water, but that didn’t bother us because all we wanted was sleep and to get up the next morning and get on the road. We could shower at home. The receptionists were sweet— checking in and out. Speaking for room 109: Nice, big room. VERY comfortable beds! I would book here again, but I’d call first. »

« Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. »

« Breakfast are bare minimum! 1st morning: no milk for cereals, only one yogurt left and the lady in charge is outside talking on her phone. 2nd morning no regular coffee for 15 minutes, yogurt still not available. No bagel at all. »
