Hôtel près de Fort Christiansborg, Accra, Accra

« I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing »

« The staff did a great job »

« That's my second business stay. Very nice hotel, confortable, very well located, helpfull staff, and good restaurant. But too much noisewhen you stay at the back in the garden, with the flights and the cleaning staff of the hotel in the morning. »

« Le sejour a été bien »

« Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example). »

« Excellent et copieux déjeuner. »

« Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, personnel serviable et gentil, chambre spacieuse, cour arrière agréable. Bon restaurant et bar. Heureux de mon séjour! »

« Le seul point à corriger reste dans le service : – La restauration présente de nombreuses lacunes : lenteur, menu incomplet… – Manque d'eau chaude pour la douche »

« Nice place with a lot of potential. Staff were very friendly. However, there is room improvement. The pool was green and unusable. We had 3 apartments between 5 of us. We had to go through everything to find enough cutlery, plates and a tiny pot to be able to cook anything. Had hot water only twice. There are dishwashers and a washing machine but none of them are connected. Air-conditioning worked well. Great position in Osu - can walk everywhere. »

« Very Nice charming room, as expected. However. : The shower screen was iron and rusty. Breakfast was average. No coffee: we must use the nescafe served in the room. Also pay attention to the noise from the hotel-bar opposite which made noise all night. Fortunately, it was not too strong, but we could be less fortunate. Would I go back? Yes but not facing the hotel opposite and maybe without breakfast if not improving. Nice burger restaurant at 50 meters walk. »

« Très satisfaite de mon séjour à Alisa Hôtel! Le service est au top ainsi que l’accueil! Les chambre sont vraiment deluxe avec des lits/coussins confortables. La literie est propre ainsi que la chambre. Rien à dire vraiment. La nourriture est de qualité. Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l’hôtel est sécurisé et en plein centre-ville donc à proximité de tout (Resto/bar/mall/Hopital). Je recommande cet hôtel à 1000%. Vous ne serez pas dessus! »

« The place is in the middle of a bustling street; the fish room I got was so noisy with the music and cars from the streets below; had to have to changed a different one with a better sound control; the facility itself was overpriced compared to others »

« We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact. »

« 客室は綺麗で気持ち良く宿泊できました。ベットの大きさも硬さも十分満足です。 スタッフも親切で、私の依頼に直ぐに対応してくれました。 朝食は十分です。 夜にアラカルトで食べましたが美味しかったです。食べきれない程の量でお腹一杯になりなした。 »
