« I could not even get into the hotel because the surrounding streets were closed. The hotel did not avise me before so I ended up having no place to stay at 11pm. I called the hotel and they said they would refund all of my stay. Then, two days later, they said they would not refund me anything. Very disappointing.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant et mal entretenu, avec la présence de cafards et de la poussière partout dans la chambre.
J’ai subi du bruit jusqu’à 1 h du matin, car ma chambre était au 4ᵉ étage et la cuisine juste au-dessus, au 5ᵉ : une situation invivable.
Le téléphone dans le couloir sonnait toutes les cinq minutes, ce qui ajoutait encore au chaos.
De plus, le nombre d’hommes présents à la réception peut être très intimidant pour une femme : ma belle-mère a...
