« Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. »

The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. The water could be hotter but that’s just a personal preference. The location is great- short walk to the main strip.
