Hotel had mold in multiple rooms. Also bar manager argued the pool gate should stay open when we had toddlers that could easily run into the pool area. Such a safety hazard. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Staff was rude and disrespectful.

Respectfully disagree with Jessica. There was a water leak in first room assigned and we upgraded this family to a 2 bedroom villa for the inconvenience. This was a 3 room type category upgrade. There was no evidence of mold, however the leak in that room did leave a hard water/mineral stain. It was not mold.As for the pool gate, the guest had their toddlers with them on the pool area and they were more concerned about their children wandering off, not toddlers wandering on the the pool area. The gate is intended to prevent access to the pool when their is limited supervision. We lock the gate after the daily hours of operation as it is a safety measure. We had a full pool deck (as it was Memorial Day weekend) and the food and beverage servers where in and out of that gate from the server station and it is an active area. Jessica's husband presented himself as a lawyer and out staff was a bit threatened and intimidated by his aggressive approach as well as a threat of legal action.We had a few random guests who witnessed the interaction and went out of their way to seek out a manager to tell us what they saw and that our staff was not at all rude or disrespectful and in fact commended us for the way our team handled the situation.We always do our best to please our guests.

The oceanfront balcony was heavenly. However, we arrived at 2:30pm and the room was not ready, so we had a great time at the beach at Beachcomber. The front desk took our phone number and said they would call us when the room was ready. I had to callback to the front desk close to 3:30pm then they found that the room was ready. I felt that they should have call us, instead.

We were in room 602 and there was black mold on the wall by the towel hanger looks like was tried to cover with texture and paint, also had black mold in the shower on the curtain. The a/c worked the first day then was marginal from there

Very clean, modern design. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the cafe in the lobby. One-minute walk to the beach. Resort wasn’t crowded. Had a problem with my suitcase and maintenance came up right away and helped fix the issue. Would recommend this resort if you like a low key vibe and easy access to beach/pool.

I like that it is actually on the beach. The staff serving the beach were hard to find. The front desk staff need to learn some manners for answering phones for guest. The facility is clean, view is nice.

We had to ask for maid service 3 times and twice we just got towels…. We picked this establishment bc we vacationed here last year and it was great. I had to use two of my own trash bags I generally use for dirty clothes to harbor trash. If I was interested in doing my own housecleaning, there are a myriad of Airbnb’s that have expansive and lavish estates where I could have either performed the work of cleaning and or hired a separate company. To say I was severely disappointed is an understatement. As I travel to pompano every year on business w several business associates I expect a reply to this review request. I thank you for your time and consideration in this matter

This resort had it all! Great dining, live music, indoor/outdoor bars and access to beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. It was not crowded and really gave you the sense of being in paradise. They take care of everything for you so you can truly relax and enjoy a vacation! Highly recommended and we will be back!!

This place was our best find ever!! It’s affordable and has all of the amenities of the fancier, more expensive places! They have a private beach that includes chairs and umbrellas, beach and pool side service, a delicious restaurant on property and so much more! We will absolutely stay here again and I would definitely recommend to everyone! My only complaints are they do not have microwaves in the room or available for use so your only options if you want to buy groceries for the week are the eat stuff that doesn’t require heating and they don’t allow food or drinks on their beach except from their bar (except water, which they also provide). Luckily we love water and sandwiches, so it was no problem for us, I just wish we knew ahead of time so we knew when we went shopping before check-in.

We had an excellent week! The staff were just amazing-so kind and helpful. It’s the little things that make for happy vacationers! Such as staff setting up beach chairs and umbrellas, having excellent coffee in your room, small enough not to have to fight to get a pool side. The food was very good, but a tad expensive, especially for Canadians with the high exchange rate. I’d recommend having a lunch menu that is more reasonable. Our AC unit gave us some trouble intermittently. We didn’t get angry because the maintenance guys came within 5 minutes of calling! and all were so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Management as your employees seem genuinely happy and know in turn what it takes to make your customers happy! We’ll be back! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort!

I cannot wait to return! The hotel is in a perfect location - quiet, right on the beach and priced right. There are two pools that get plenty of sun and it was quiet at night when I wanted to get some sleep. Highly recommend!

We love this hotel but we're terribly disappointed with the refrigerator in our room. It's too small to hold waters and pop and dips. We were charged an extra $50 to use a larger refrigerator in our room and that's just ridiculous to us!! We ate all our meals at their restaurant too!

Restaurant food, except for their cafe (closed at 2pm) horrible! Bought 2 lunches. 2 dinners and both days were disappointing, overcooked or undercooked. Actually fell ill!!! Restaurant staff excellent! Hotel not so much! Girls at front desk need a Dale Carnegie course!! Parking guys were the best!!!

Very nice experience all the staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful we had to move rooms because of a screaming baby and that was an easy procedure. the restaurant staff and pool area were wonderful people... this hotel actually understands that when you go to hotel maybe you want to relax and enjoy yourself!
