The Space:

This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a comfortable main bed and a living room with a sofa that easily converts into a queen bed for extra guests. The open living area includes a cozy lounge space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for meals or working remotely. Thoughtful touches throughout create a warm, inviting environment ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups.

Self check-in: Complete check-in instructions and access code will be provided morning of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Very nice, safe, upscale neighborhood and very quiet!



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there are other guests staying in the property, so we ask that you be respectful of each other. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment



Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property, including shared areas such as around the pool and the tiki hut. If smoking is detected, we may terminate the stay and issue a $500 fine.

PET FEE:

Maximum of 2 pets allowed for max 25lbs each. Will charge $200 per pet per stay.



Pool and Tiki Hut:

The pool and tiki hut are shared with guests from other units. However, it’s rare for everyone to use the area at the same time, so there’s usually plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.



Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F. If you’d like it heated further, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small daily fee. Thank you!
