Morning cafecito, beach-day plans, and cozy evenings come naturally here. Casa Tropica Escape brings the warmth and character of Cuba, while The Coquí Hideaway celebrates Puerto Rican color and island charm. Enjoy time with family or friends, then settle into your own apartment when it’s time to recharge.

TWO HOMES, ROOM TO UNWIND
Your reservation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living areas, accommodating up to 12 registered guests with a maximum of 6 in each apartment. Each home has its own private entrance and in-unit washer and dryer.

REST EASY
Each apartment offers a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Together, that’s 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 queen sleepers. Opening the sleepers turns part of each living area into sleeping space.

CAFECITO & EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Start your morning with the Keurig or moka pot, prepare a favorite meal in either fully equipped kitchen, or settle in for a movie on the Smart TVs using your own streaming accounts. Both kitchens include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. Wi-Fi, workspace access and laundry in each apartment make it easy to feel at home.

A LITTLE FRESH AIR
Enjoy the backyard, patio and outdoor seating, shared with other occupants of this triplex. Your stay includes the two named apartments; the third apartment is not included. Three complimentary on-site parking spaces are reserved for your group. Free street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions.

YOUR SOUTH FLORIDA DAYS
Make time for Dania Beach, nearby Hollywood beaches, dining at Dania Pointe and exploring Fort Lauderdale. For FLL Airport and Port Everglades departures, check your specific terminal’s route and allow for traffic.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Smart-lock self check-in and access without stairs at each apartment.
• Check-in from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. No parties, events or indoor smoking.
• Pets must be declared before arrival, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. The pet fee is $75 for 1 pet or $100 for 2 pets per stay, for each unit housing pets.
• Baby and toddler gear may be available by advance request, with rental fees where applicable.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front of the property and outside entrances, including Ring doorbell cameras. No cameras are inside the apartments.

Casa Tropica Escape (Apartment 1) and The Coquí Hideaway (Apartment 2) bring a little Cuban soul and Puerto Rican sunshine to your time together. A few thoughtful house rules help keep both homes comfortable for you, our neighbors and the guests who follow.

YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR STAY
Your reservation welcomes up to 12 registered overnight guests, with no more than 6 in either apartment. Please include everyone on the reservation. Parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, thank you for helping everyone enjoy a restful night.

FOUR-LEGGED GUESTS
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome! Please tell us the type and number of pets and which unit they will stay in before arrival. Maximum 2 pets per unit. The pet fee is $75 for 1 pet or $100 for 2 pets per stay, for each unit housing pets. For example, 1 pet in each unit totals $150 per stay. Please clean up after your pets and help prevent damage or excessive noise.

PARK & SETTLE IN
Your group has 3 complimentary designated on-site parking spaces. Free street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions. Please use only your assigned spaces, as the remaining on-site spaces serve other residents. Share vehicle details before arrival if requested in your check-in message.

SHARED MOMENTS OUTDOORS
The backyard, patio and outdoor seating are shared with other occupants of this triplex. Your booking includes the two named apartments; the third apartment is not included. Please use the grill and fire pit with care, never leave them unattended while in use, and extinguish them completely afterward.

CARE FOR OUR HOMES
Please keep furniture in place, use the linens provided for your registered guests, and leave owner closets, cabinets and turnover supplies undisturbed. There is no garbage disposal, so please keep food out of the sinks. Additional charges for damage, excessive cleaning or misuse may apply as disclosed in your reservation terms.

FRESH AIR, SMOKE-FREE INDOORS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside either apartment. If smoking outdoors, keep doors and windows closed and dispose of cigarette butts properly. No candles, incense, fireworks or other open flames indoors.

ARRIVAL & HASTA LUEGO
Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval and may carry additional fees. Each apartment has its own smart-lock entrance; follow the arrival instructions for both homes.

Before you go, gather used towels on each bathroom floor, collect small-bin trash into each kitchen bin, and place used dishes in the dishwashers. Switch off lights and TVs, sign out of streaming accounts, set both thermostats to 75°F, and lock all windows and doors. Please leave furniture in place. No need to strip the beds; our team will take care of the rest.

LITTLE TRAVELERS & ACCESS
Baby and toddler gear may be available by advance request, with third-party rental and delivery fees where applicable. Access does not require stairs, but the apartments are not specifically equipped for wheelchair accessibility.
