The hosts were wonderful! They responded immediately to all of my requests. We couldn’t find the broom at first (it was actually outside), and they sent us a brand-new one right away. The house was clean and neat, and the beach and supermarkets were conveniently close. I will definitely come back!

Location. Property. Experience.

My group rents a home in south Florida at the same time every year. First the NEEDS improvement: PRICE was a bit high for this property. I understand inflation, but not this big jump compared to prior years or other properties. The biting bugs did just that during the day and night (in the check-in info we were warned). Back bathroom had a bit of a stale scent. The TV kept buffering and we could not enjoy the shows. The GOOD: location was eight mins from the airport. Sufficient parking to accommodate all guest. Property was clean (pool could have done with a cleaning right before the visit, but it was still usable). Mgmt was responsive. Property was large enough to accommodate the group. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the property to others. Cheers.

The house was nice and roomy. We really enjoy the pool and the landscape was nice. The checkin was easy and convenient. The management was easy to communicate with and to book the house. Management was friendly and helpful. My family really enjoy the house and we like how near the house was to the beach and stores.

Pictures are a little deceiving

The driveway, some of the bedrooms and back yard are MUCH smaller than they appear in the listing. TVs in every bedroom but no one was able to use them. They buffered so much and would pause for several minutes it was just easier for the kids to use their phones. We tried using just 1 TV at a time in the main living room and that didn’t work. The bedroom off of the kitchen and the one at the end of the other side of the house was very warm, so warm it was hard to sleep and some ended up moving to the couches in the living room each night. It was at least 10 degrees warmer in those rooms than the rest of the house. There were not enough forks and small spoons for our group so we would have to wait for someone to eat and then wash their fork or spoons. We ended up just buying plastic utensils. No casserole type dishes to use for baking. The floors were pretty dirty when we got to the house. You couldnt see it but when you took your shoes off their was dirt and sand in most common areas. A lawn care person showed up while the kids were swimming and just walked in the backyard and started weed eating about 6 ft from the pool where the kids were playing so we had them all get out. Wasn’t a big deal I just wish he would have given us a heads up before they started. One of the bedrooms has no closet and is a tight squeeze with 2 beds in there. The area was ok but I wouldn’t visit it again. I understand having cameras in the front yard for security but 4 cameras in the backyard feels a little intrusive so we asked to have those turned off because we have teenage girls..they told us to put a bag or mask over them. Just seemed tacky!

Relaxing!

Loved this property, especially the pool! The kids were able to frequent the pool in between activities and the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed walking and viewing the beautiful homes. The owners were very responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay again!!!!

The house was spacious and spotless and well equipped with anything you would need. We really enjoyed the pool which also was spotless. The property manager was accommodating and available for questions. Rented the property for family coming from AZ

The place was nice and clean. Location is less than 10 mins from pier, State Park. There’s a Publix nearby. Property manager was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in/out. My family loved it there. We had a great time. Definitely will rent it again. I just wished it had a jacuzzi. The weather was awesome for it too. Thanks for everything!
